Unlocking
Nonprofit Impact
The Stany Leblanc Consulting Group (SLCG) is dedicated to unlocking the impact of nonprofit organizations through effective data strategy and knowledge management systems, empowering them to measure and navigate their mission-driven journey with precision and purpose.
Key Challenges
to Nonprofit Impact
Nonprofits face significant challenges in managing their data and measuring their impact, which hampers their ability to demonstrate their progress, secure funding, and gain a competitive edge.
Knowledge Management
Nonprofits deal with a continuous influx of data but lack a centralized, organized, efficient, and accessible system for data storage.
This absence of a structured data management system leads to difficulties in tracking and analyzing data, hindering their ability to utilize it for pitches, presentations, and funding opportunities.
Impact Measurement
Nonprofits require systems to showcase the outputs and outcomes of their work, and they need resources to establish a platform for tracking their milestones, even when such progress is long-term in nature.
Limited resources often prevent nonprofits from effectively monitoring their impact over time in a manner that aligns with their mission, making it challenging to demonstrate their societal contributions and gain a competitive edge in their sector.
The Stany Leblanc Consulting Group (SLCG) is a nonprofit strategy consulting group dedicated to helping organizations achieve lasting and impactful advantages through intentional and mission-aligned data practices. About Me
My journey began with 13 years of devoted service as a teacher and assistant principal in the South Bronx, where I was both an educator founding staff member of the school through Teach for America. This opportunity allowed me to play a pivotal role in shaping the school's culture, curriculum, and community engagement from inception. Throughout my career at this school, I worked closely with hundreds of students and teachers, all the while striving to maintain a delicate balance of empathy and purpose.
Following my school building career, I continued to enhance my professional skills and broaden my impact. I spent a year at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, a pivotal experience that provided me with invaluable knowledge about funding and knowledge management systems, strengthening my ability to support nonprofit organizations. My academic journey culminated with the attainment of a Doctorate in Urban Education Leadership from Columbia University. My research focused on elevating the stories of students, parents, teachers, school leaders, and community members. The aim was to reshape how we perceive education and redefine success, with an unwavering commitment to the communities I served.
